A PASSING BREEZE
Q51700 AmQHA, PHAA approved.
15.31/2hh
Sire: BARPASSER.
Dam: MS WINTER BREEZE
Imported in 2003 from the USA where he has a Superior Western Pleasure, out of the last crop of foals by the legendary sire Barpasser.
Breeze has natural pleasure movement and a great temperament which he has been shown to pass on to his progeny. Due to EI and other unavoidable happenings Breeze’s babies have only just started to make there presence felt here in Australia but what a Presence.
Poetic Breeze – Champion 2yr Hunter Under Saddle Q8
Cool Breeze – Champion Australian & American Amateur showmanship, 3rd 3yr Western pleasure Q8.
Purchased by Rosies Horses and arriving from EABS at the end of May, Breeze hardly had time to settle in let alone realize he was no longer in breeding mode when he was put back into the show ring at the grand age of 16. Breeze attended only a handful of shows to amass his ROM at halter, finish off his Silver Century at Pleasure, and be very close to his ROM at Hunter Under Saddle.
At the prestigious Queensland Quarter Horse Championships he not only took out the Grand Champion Stallion award but also the high point senior performance horse.
Breeze’s last show of the 2008 season prior to returning to stud duties was the Brisbane Royal he was sashed champion stallion and took out the hunter under saddle, leaving him very close to his ROM in that event. 2009 has been a very busy year for Rosie personally but she has managed to show Breeze at a couple of events, he has added to his Halter points winning every halter class he contested, he has shined in his pleasure ofcourse and even managed to add to his hunter points, we are still a little short on that elusive ROM but we will continue to work on it as time permits Rosie. Breeze has shown his value to Rosies Horses by crossing extremely well with daughters of Rosies Horses other great stallion Tomcatin Around. His progeny are getting out there and shining both in the US and Australia so lets add a Breeze to your barn.
